Our Mission
Fryer Convert was created out of frustration with existing cooking conversion websites. Searching for a simple air fryer temperature while dinner is on the counter typically means navigating clunky 2005-era desktop layouts, dozens of auto-playing video advertisements, popups asking for newsletter signups, and paragraphs of irrelevant filler before seeing the actual numbers.
We built FryerConvert.com as an open, high-speed progressive multi-page web application. Every calculation, timer, and chart filter runs 100% client-side in Vanilla TypeScript with zero network round-trips. You can use it in a basement kitchen with spotty Wi-Fi, holding your smartphone with one greasy hand, and get instant, accurate culinary conversions in seconds.
Our Kitchen Testing Methodology
Our conversion algorithms are not arbitrary formulas scraped from social media. Every food preset and master chart row has been calibrated across diverse countertop appliance form factors:
