By accessing or using FryerConvert.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of our calculators and web applications immediately.
2. Essential Food Safety & Temperature Disclaimer
All cooking times, temperatures, and shake intervals provided by Fryer Convert are generalized mathematical approximations derived from standard convection thermodynamic principles. Countertop appliances vary significantly in heating element wattage (1400W–1800W), voltage consistency, basket geometry, and food starting temperatures (chilled vs room temperature).
You are solely responsible for ensuring food safety. Always verify that all meats, poultry, and seafood have attained the official minimum internal safe temperatures recommended by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) or your local health authority using a calibrated, instant-read digital food thermometer before consumption:
- Poultry (Chicken, Turkey, Duck): 165°F (74°C)
- Ground Meats (Beef, Pork, Veal, Lamb): 160°F (71°C)
- Whole Beef, Pork, Veal, Lamb Steaks & Chops: 145°F (63°C) with a 3-minute rest
- Fresh Fish & Shellfish: 145°F (63°C)

You are granted permission to print and save individual cheat sheets for personal non-commercial home kitchen use. Systematic scraping, reproduction, or redistribution of our database without written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fryer Convert, its developers, or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from undercooked food, appliance malfunction, grease fires, or improper food handling. Use of this application is at your sole culinary risk.
